Before you book
Does grinding make a floor level?
Grinding removes high spots. It does not fill dips. If the floor also needs levelling compound, that needs to be included in the prep plan with your flooring installer.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Send the suburb, a couple of photos and the approximate area. One room, a garage or a small section of floor is worth asking about.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
We service Melbourne metro, with regional Victorian work on request. Send the suburb or town and the job details so travel and availability can be confirmed.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the floor area, what needs removing, access and the finish required. Send the details and I’ll price the job. We’ll agree what is included before booking.
